So, as a new blogger, there are some things that I don’t always know about, like Blogtober. I was just reading about it over on Twitter, and thought to myself, “Hey, I could probably blog everyday for 31 days.” Or I could completely fail, but this sounds like a fun challenge! Are you doing the Blogtober challenge? There are still a few hours left to get your first post done!

I’m so excited it’s finally fall. If you’ve been reading my blog, you know I’m freaking obsessed with fall and I’ve been waiting for this season since the middle of July. Here in Kansas City, the weather is finally cooling down (although today it’s a balmy 80º), but overall it’s been getting colder.

Today while driving home I saw a pick up truck selling pumpkins. Big, gorgeous orange pumpkins that would make some lovely jack-o-lanterns. I almost stopped to pick one up, but I think I’ll try and hold out until Hubby and I can visit a pumpkin patch. If I can find a pumpkin patch that allows dogs, I bet Chloe would love to go! With her kennel cough she hasn’t been out of the house much, but now that she’s feeling better and is no longer contagious, I think a fun field trip might be in order for her!

Well, first Blogtober post is in the books! I hope you’ll join me in this journey!

xoxo, (1)
