So, we’ve been in the house about three weeks now and things have been pretty great. We are absolutely LOVING the house, but one thing we aren’t particularly loving is the state of our yard right now. You see, back in March, (yes, March) we hired someone to install a sprinkler system and a fence for our yard right after we moved in. We were so excited because a) we love having a nice backyard and b) we want Chloe to be able to run around all she wants.
Guys, I am not a morning person. Seriously. But the worst morning are Monday mornings. See, the problem is I don’t stick to the same sleep schedule on the weekends. So, I’m staying up much later and sleeping in a lot. But when Monday rolls around and I hear that alarm clock at 6:30, I am a serious crank.
I have been craving a good root beer float for a while now. And not one with low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt and diet root beer. No, I want the good stuff. Fat and calories included. Gosh, I love it when the drink gets down to the bottom, and all that is left is that delicious froth at the bottom of the glass. Know what sounds especially good? A fantastic tuna melt with a large root beer float. Now that is a lunch I can get behind right now.
